Born and raised in Gretna, VA, Jeffrey has always been surrounded by family that enriched his values for contributing to his community and region. His passion for architecture and design started at a young age, stemming from his travels across the country and abroad, and through observing various renovation projects. To Jeffrey, architecture is the perfect blend of art and science. Starting as a simple idea in the form of a sketch, the structure eventually rises from the ground and takes on a life of its own. Buildings not only impact the lives of its inhabitants, but collectively shape our society and influence how we interact with the world.
This interest led Jeffrey to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Architecture. Shortly after graduation he started as an architectural intern at Dewberry where he held positions with increasing responsibility as project architect and finally project manager. Mr. Bond opened Solex Architecture, Inc. in the fall of 2013.
Gretna native, Kevin Worsham came to Solex in August of 2014 with degrees in Architectural/Civil Engineering and Drafting. Now with almost 10 years of experience working directly under and alongside architects, he has been exposed to a wide array of projects from residential to higher education. Kevin has a passion to enrich the lives of each client and the surrounding community through designs that will stand the test of time. He has proven to be a valuable team member.
Having joined Solex Architecture in October of 2015, Chris King is the newest addition to the Solex team, where he provides drafting and graphic design services.
